Feasibility studies

Feasibility studies represent the complex evaluation and analyses of the possibilities of several variations of one solution of an investment projects. They are based upon expert data collection and subsequent analyses of the impacts of the investment upon the community, both from technical, economic, administrative, as well as an environmental viewpoints. Feasibility studies are primarily founded on following actions:

• Collection of existing data (technical, economic and administration),
• Transport surveys and data collection within transport infrastructure projects
• Data analyses
• Current status SWOT analyses, risk analysis within the project
• Variants evaluation (technical, administrative, economic, environmental)
• Investment scenarios and their prioritization
• Costs and resources estimated to achieve the project goals
